Empower girls from a young age to have the confidence, creativity and compassion through hands on learning, increased civic awareness and community outreach through our monthly workshops to inspire our next generation of leaders.

Our Philosophy:

Focus on the 3 C’s Confidence, Creativity and Compassion

Confidence: It is critical that we teach girls at a young age to grow that voice from within as a positive and encouraging voice, and not to be scared to take on challenges and try new things. The more they learn and practice a skill, the more confident they will become. The more compassion and acceptance they have for those around them, the more confident they will become. We want to teach our girls that they can be anything they want to be and do anything they want to do – if they are willing to put the work in and trust they can do it. Studies show girls self esteem drops 3.5 times more than boys from elementary school to high school, creating a confidence gap early* - our goal is to close that gap!

Creativity: Being creative and thinking outside of the box gives girls actual experience of expressing themselves individually. Being creative takes bravery and problem solving skills. When a Leader is creative, they are resourceful, fun and inspirational. We want to give our girls the experience and confidence to be creative!

Compassion: Compassion is a critical aspect to empathy, understanding and acceptance of others. It makes girls more sensitive to their surroundings and eager to become more educated about and involved in their community. We want our girls to be compassionate, humble and socially aware Leaders.

Future Lady Leader Scholarship

As we work throughout the year to build up the 3 C's in our young ladies to build the next generation of female leaders, we want to give back to the community who supports us. Throughout the year, we will fund raise to give a scholarship to a local high school graduate who has been a leader in the community, exudes confidence, creativity and compassion and is excited to start their next chapter of furthering their education. 

Scholarship Submissions will start being accepted after January 1st, 2021.
